- Works to optimize e-mail, primarily for mobile consumption. Is currently leading a mobile-optimization project, testing several mobile email variables to increase click through rate online and visits in-stores
- Uses Litmus to collect additional mobile data for email segmentation and to ensure each email renders properly for desktop, webmail and mobile devices
